Privacy Requests and Data Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with Outer Rim Homestead Creations.
How to make a request
- Email the Privacy Officer at tyler@outerrimhomestead.ca, preferably from the address connected to your account or order.
- Use the subject “Privacy Request” and say whether you want access, correction, marketing opt-out, review removal, or deletion.
- Include your name and, if relevant, an order number. Do not email passwords, payment card details, or government identification.
- We will acknowledge the request, verify identity using the least information reasonably needed, and normally respond within 30 days.
For a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed, including the account profile, saved cart, optional analytics profile, and eligible online history. We will also tell relevant service providers when their action is required.
Information we may need to retain
Some transaction information may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, warranty, or dispute-resolution requirements. It will be restricted to those purposes and will not be used for marketing.
Clear information from this device
Signing out does not automatically erase the cart, privacy choice, or chat key stored in your browser. You can remove those by clearing site data for outerrimhomestead.ca in your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete server records, so contact the Privacy Officer as well if you want both removed.
Remove Google access
You may remove Outer Rim Homestead Creations from the third-party access section of your Google Account. This stops future access through Google sign-in but does not itself delete store records; use the request process above for that.
