Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped within Canada. Typical delivery is 3–10 business days. Shipping is CAD $15 per original artwork or stretched canvas. Flat canvas and unframed paper prints are CAD $15 for the first print and CAD $5 for each additional print in the same order. Free pickup or local meetup is available near Grand Falls / Grand-Sault, New Brunswick.

Returns and exchanges

Because each artwork and print is made or prepared for the customer, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund where required.

Do not send an item back without authorization. When a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
